After my presentations I always like to take time to meet people—students, educators, parents ... everyone. I am so often encouraged by their words—but I am also grateful for the opportunities where I can provide advice, even if we have just 30 seconds of time together. Here a teacher asked how, as a white teacher, she could identify with her black students.
